Tracking your order
You can track your parcel any time on our Track your order page using your order number or tracking number.
Customs, duties and taxes
Our prices do not include import duties or local taxes. Depending on your country, customs or the carrier may charge import VAT, duties or a handling fee on delivery. These charges are set by your country, not by us, and are paid by the customer. If you have questions before ordering, email us and we'll help.
Multiple items
Your projector and lenses are normally packed together in one parcel. If you order more than one pack, they may sometimes arrive in separate parcels a few days apart. You'll get tracking for every parcel.
Shipping Protection
You can add Shipping Protection at checkout for $4.99. It gives you an immediate replacement if your parcel is lost, a free replacement if it is stolen after delivery, and one free reship if there was a mistake in your address. Full details are in our Refund & Returns Policy.
Wrong address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or is not collected, we may not be able to reship it free of charge, unless you added Shipping Protection.
