1. Who we are
Hallowly (shophallowly.com) is a trading name of RESURIX LTD, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 17519592), registered office: Office 6936 J C, 182–184 High Street North, East Ham, London E6 2JA, United Kingdom. RESURIX LTD is the controller of your personal data. You can contact us about privacy at hallowlysupport@gmail.com.

2. What we collect
- Contact and delivery details: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), and billing and delivery address.
- Order details: what you buy, the pack and options you choose, add-ons, and any returns or claims.
- Payment details: payments are processed by Shopify and our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Messages: what you send us when you contact customer support, including photos or videos for a claim.
- Email sign-ups: your email address if you sign up for news, offers or back-in-stock alerts.
- Device and usage information: your IP address, browser, device and how you use our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To process and deliver your order, handle returns, refunds and add-on claims, and give customer support. Legal basis: performing our contract with you.
- To send marketing emails and back-in-stock alerts, only if you agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. Legal basis: your consent.
- To keep our store secure and prevent fraud. Legal basis: our legitimate interests.
- To keep accounting and tax records. Legal basis: our legal obligations.
- To understand how our site is used and to show relevant ads, only where you have accepted these cookies in our cookie banner. Legal basis: your consent.

4. Who we share it with
- Shopify, which hosts our store and processes payments (see the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy at shopify.com/legal/privacy/app-users).
- Our fulfilment partner and delivery carriers, who receive your name, delivery address and phone number so they can pack and deliver your order.
- Our order tracking provider, so you can track your parcel on our site.
- Payment providers such as PayPal, when you choose them at checkout.
- Advertising and analytics partners, only where you have accepted the related cookies.
- Authorities, when we are required to by law.
We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers
Some of our partners are based outside the UK and EEA, for example our fulfilment warehouse in China and Shopify's servers in Canada and the United States. When your data is transferred, we rely on safeguards approved by the UK and EU authorities, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses, or on the transfer being necessary to deliver your order.

6. How long we keep it
- Order and payment records: 6 years, as required by UK tax law.
- Customer support messages and claims: up to 2 years after we resolve them.
- Marketing consent: until you unsubscribe.
- Back-in-stock alerts: until we notify you, or 12 months, whichever is sooner.

7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, ask us to delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email hallowlysupport@gmail.com. We will reply within one month. You can also see and manage data held by Shopify at privacy.shopify.com.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to the data protection authority in your country.

8. Cookies
We use cookies that are needed for the store to work, such as your cart and checkout. We only use analytics and advertising cookies if you accept them in our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time.

9. Children
Our store is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
