1. About us
This website (shophallowly.com) is operated by RESURIX LTD, trading as Hallowly, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 17519592). Registered office: Office 6936 J C, 182–184 High Street North, East Ham, London E6 2JA, United Kingdom. Email: hallowlysupport@gmail.com.

2. Using our store
By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that the information you give us is accurate.

3. Orders and contract
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable, if there is a clear pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.

4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in your local currency and include free shipping. Import duties and local taxes may be charged by your country on delivery, as explained in our Shipping Policy. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments and the other payment methods shown. Sale prices apply only while the discount is shown on our site.

5. Packs
Each pack includes 1 projector and the number of lenses shown for that pack (for example 3, 6, 12 or 24 lenses). Lens designs may vary slightly from the photos, and if a design is unavailable we may include a similar one. If you return a pack, please return the projector and all lenses that came with it.

6. Optional add-ons
You can add Shipping Protection ($4.99) and the 30-Day Warranty ($4.99) to your order. They are optional and give you extra cover on top of your legal rights. What they cover and how to claim is explained in our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Back-in-stock alerts
If you sign up to be told when an item is back in stock, we'll email you when it's available again. Signing up does not reserve an item or a price.

8. Delivery
Delivery times and countries are set out in our Shipping Policy.

9. Cancellations, returns and refunds
You can cancel within 30 days of receiving your order. Your full rights to cancel and return are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Using the projector safely
The Hallowly projector is decorative mood lighting powered by USB. Please:
- Never look directly into the light or shine it into anyone's eyes.
- In a car, point it at the roof and never at the driver or windscreen. Do not adjust it while driving, and switch it off if it distracts you. Check the local rules on interior lighting where you drive.
- Use it only with a standard USB port or adapter, and keep it away from water and moisture.
- Do not open or modify the projector, and keep small lenses away from young children.
- Unplug it when you are not using it.
The photos on our site show the effect in a dark space. The projection looks softer in daylight or bright light.

11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

12. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images and logos, belongs to RESURIX LTD or its licensors. You may not copy, resell or distribute it without our permission.

13. Privacy
How we use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

15. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in the UK or EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and may bring a claim in your local courts.
